Telephone or email Debra with the property details eg address, auction date and time to confirm her availability. You will be sent an Auction Authorisation form for completion. Unlike some auction bidding services Debra does not charge an additional percentage fee of the property price - you know upfront what the charge will be. $300 is all it costs to have an experienced professional on your side. This flat fee applies to all metropolitan auctions within a ten kilometer radius of the CBD. Sorry, auctions outside of this radius have a small travel / time fee.
